Your responsibilities

• Use the letter templates truthfully — dispute only items you believe are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
• Keep copies of everything you mail and use certified mail with return receipt, as the kit instructs.
• You are responsible for meeting all deadlines in your own correspondence.

Refunds

Because the kit is a personalized digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If your PDF fails to generate or you cannot download it, contact us and we will make it right — including a full refund if we cannot deliver.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the $47 purchase price. We are not liable for credit decisions, lending outcomes, or actions you take based on general information in the kit.
